I accidentally logged some information I should have encrypted. It is test data but there are names of test servers I should not have posted online. How can I perminately delete some of these logs?

Hi Thomas We currently have no support for deleting single log files, but we'll certainly add your request to the feature backlog. Meanwhile, the best option for you is to use our general delete functionality to delete the sessions that registered the log files. You can use the filters at the bottom of the page to zoom into the sessions that created the log message (e.g. using a cookie filter, an ip filter or an installation id filter along with the date range setup correctly) and then select Delete Data from the Menu button on the lower righthand side. This will remove the sessions that are matched by the filter and thus also remove the log data. If this is not convenient for you, my best alternative is something by which we can recognize the log messages (perhaps a textual pattern, a specific IP address or other) and I'll have our Ops remove the data as the nearest convenience. Hope this helps Best regards Soren EQATEC Team
