    There is a missing comma in the generated C# code as well as the Visual Basic.NET code for a decompiled service reference (highlighted in bold):

    [GeneratedCode("System.ServiceModel", "4.0.0.0")]
    public interface IService1Channel : IService1, IClientChannel, IContextChannel, IChannel, ICommunicationObject, IExtensibleObject<IContextChannel>IDisposable
    {

    }

    It may be related to the generic interface type, but it doesn't occur on inheritance from generic types:

    [GeneratedCode("System.ServiceModel", "4.0.0.0")]
    [DebuggerStepThrough]
    public class Service1Client : ClientBase<IService1>, IService1
    {
        // ...
    }
