Date is rendering as a number in excel not a date

Hi
I have a report with a date and when it is translated to a Excel the date is a number.

14-02-2008 07:31:00 will be 39492,3131944444
and
09-07-2008 12:30:00 will be 39638,5208333333
pls. help my here.

OS info:
Win XP
Telerik version : Q2 2009
.NET : 3.5
Lang. DK

Hello Janus Sick Andersen,

You have to set the Format property of the Textbox item as well. Either put {0:d} or use the Format Builder to select one of the predefined date-time formats.
