Databound Orgchart with 2 levels

How do I create an OrgChart that always has 2 levels? 1 parent and all it's next children.   I want the children to be in 4 columns with N number rows.

no.  I guess I need ColumnCount without grouping.  Doesn't seem like you can drill down if you group all the subordinates for a given user.

The drilldown functionality will show only the child nodes. The OrgChart cannot reoder the nodes. To achieve the desired functionality you will have to reorder the datasource manually.
