Hello Luan,

Firstly I want to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
This is a known issue, which is already fixed and the fix will be included in the next internal build of the product. The error arises because a metadata function added in the SQL Server 2005 SP2 is being used during schema reading.
You could update your SQL Server instance to SP2 to avoid the wrong behavior.

Telerik team,

I have the same error and it looks like this server is SP2.
Is there an addiional patch I need for SQL server or a download from Telerik to get me back in business?

Hi Bill,

Just browsing through the forums and saw your question.

Your SQL Server is NOT on service pack 2.  However the Windows server on which it is running is running Windows service pack 2.

Try to get the SQL Server 2005 x64 service pack #2 (#3 is out now too) and run it:https://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=14752

Cheers :)
