Hi Telerik-Team,

I was very interested in the DataLayer control in BETA, but I can not find infomations about it anymore...
Do you have some new information about it?
Perhaps there is a way to use the data layer for grouping, sorting and filtering without the RadJumpList?

Kind regards
Fabian

Hi prog1,

We decided not to expose publicly the data layer. What is the scenario where you want to use it? Doesn't Jump List serve it well?

Hi Valentin,

no sorry I do not want to use the Jump List. I am using a TreeMap chart and I want to allow grouping, sorting and filtering.
At the moment I am using for each TreeMaps I have an independent collection. That causes a lot of problems with the performance.
Showing much data is not the problem, changing the bound collections needs most of the time.

Kind regards
Fabian
