Data Access download never starts

I am trying to download the Data Access free edition and the the download never starts. I get this message "If your download does not start, please click here", but when I click the "click here" I get an error page. http://www.telerik.com/ErrorPages/404.html. Has anyone seen this before?

The 404 error was caused by the fact that Data Access has never been downloaded before from the account you are using. Currently, it is resolved. The installer is available here.
