In the MOSSradEditor 4.5.3 full I can see the js files and would like to make changes to them to tweak some client behaviors. Specifically the RadEditor.js file.
I am using the MOSSradEditor webpart.
What is the recommended way to be able to alter that file?

Hi Troy,
Note that you cannot modify directly the editor's JS files because they are build-in as web resources, but you can easily override them. Just open the MOSSEditorTools.js and there override the desired functions.
