Hello All,
I wish to give users' an opportunity to associate notes (entered via a TextBox) with each file they upload. I would prefer to implement this by modifying the appearance of RadUploadItem to include a TextBox alongside the FileName. Can someone please tell the best way to go about doing this?

Hello James Craig,
The quickest and easiest way to edit the template of any control is to use Expression Blend. It would give you the default style of the control so that you can modify it or create a completely new one. You can see more information on how to do this in this help article.
