Customise ImageManager Dialog

Hi

Is a way that the upload image button, the other buttons alongside (delete, image editor etc) and the image alt text input box can be removed from the dialog box? 

Also is the ImageManager class available so that we can manipulate the selection returned from the dialog to allow us to insert our own alt text based on the image selected?
