Customer Feedback Management?

    Are there any plans to include a customer feedback mechanism so that users of TeamPulse can capture ideas, enhancements, and common issues from the users of the software we are developing?  This is key for Customer Development and provides an open channel for our customers to communicate directly with product management.  We use this type of feedback to help create and prioritize our backlog.  It would be nice if the community of users could vote feedback up and done using a digg like mechanism.

    Hi Jeff,

    While we have considered several methods of implementing such a feature into TeamPulse, to this point it has not been fully fleshed out nor slotted into an upcoming release. We will take your feedback into consideration for this and we thank you for your suggestion.

    I would also like to see a customer portal in TeamPulse.

    I'm currently evaluating TeamPulse vs. Axosoft.  OnTime has a customer portal with a different user base than the main system.
