Is there an example of a custom tooltip via XAML for a datapoint on a chart?  I have seen examples of a formatted data string in the code-behimd, and another chart as a tooltip, but not a custom formatted tootlip via XAML.  For example, this would allow the tooltip to have a custom layout through a Grid, could have a gradient background, use various fonts, and could bind to data.  Any examples?

Hi GEB,

Unfortunately, this is not supported by the current version of the control.

Hi Ganesh,

At present, the control does not support this functionality either. You can still assign, and customize the tooltip from the code behind. More precisely, you can have the tooltip declared in xaml, and handle the assignment from the code behind. More information on this is available in the following topic:

http://www.telerik.com/help/silverlight/radchart-features-tooltips.html

the last section.
I hope this information helps.
