Requirement:
How can I accomplish this? I understand the default themes are embedded. How can i give my customer the ability to add their own themes so that telerik controls can use them?
Can we hook into or override skin manager?
- Ability for customer to create skins, upload to somesite.com and somesite.com uses new theme across telerik controls automatically,
- eg: Customer goes to telerik site, creates a skin, uploads to somesite.com, sets a profile preference for this new theme, new theme then gets used across all telerik controls

In addition, how to remove or add extra items to RadSkinManager's skin chooser combobox you can learn from the relevant paragraph here. Note that you for custom skins you will still need to register the styles manually as explained above.
