Hello ,
I am afraid this approach is not applicable to RadScheduleView . I'd suggest you use Implicit Styles to set the theme to the control. Using this approach, you could copy the used xaml files to a location in the project and customize the used Styles according to the specific requirements.
Also, you could take a look at our Color Theme Generator which could help customize the theme as well.
