since we all know presentation is important  - what are the best practices advice when using icenium with kendo ui mobile to build apps that look drastically different than native ui like:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pfchangs.android

is there any pointers I should be aware of before going a similar direction?

Hello Leblanc,

There should be no problems if you want to go wild and design your application this way. Apple were more strict in the past that apps should follow their design guidelines, but they are relaxing this rule in the recent years.

Make sure you check out Kendo Mobile Theme Builder if you want to highly customize some of the Kendo Mobile widgets.

Hope this helps,
