Hello,
I've approached the RadComboBox from a number of different angles now and am at a loss. I'm trying to apply a custom style which is detailed in the attached image. A majority of the desired customization resides in the ToggleButton. However, I have yet to successfully edit the ToggleButton and am at a loss when it comes to the interactions of the child ButtonChrome element.

I would like to mention that I have successfully styled several Telerik controls so a do have an understanding of the customization process.

Your guidance is appreciated.

Thanks,
Paul

Hello Paul,

Thank you for contacting us.

The NonEditable template of the ComboBox is represented by a ButtonChrome control. You have to edit its MouseOver, Pressed, etc states. You can find a short video illustrating that in this forum post: http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/menu/radmenu-hover-behaviors.aspx#1312865
It is about a MenuItem, but the approach is the same, as the MenuItem also uses the ButtonChrome control.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Kind regards,
