Ctrl + z (undo) randomly decides to "undo" something completely different than my last change

I've been experiencing this ever since I've started using Icenium. Randomly when I start trying to "undo" changes, Graphite will not undo my last change. Instead it will make changes to random parts of my code. It's almost like it thinks my "last edit" was about 100 "edits" ago.
Occasionally I won't notice until I've hit Ctrl+z a few times, rendering a random part of my code useless. This is a completely crippling bug. Please fix this.
I'm not sure how to recreate it. Today it happened after I left Icenium open for about 18 hours or so between using it. It was on my laptop, and my laptop slept for about 16 of those hours.

Silver(ish) lining: I'll now use version control much more often. But still, the undo command has been a staple of computers since the 80's...

Hi Marcus,

There was a similar issue reported before, which should not occur in the latest version. So we would appreciate if you isolate a pattern and can summarize some steps for us to follow in order to reproduce this annoying problem. So far in our local tests, we have not been able to reproduce the behavior you've reported and would appreciate any other information you find relevant in order to track down the problem.
