Based on the provided information, it seems that there are some restrictions regarding the downloadable file size in your network settings and the Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC zip file exceeds the allowed size. I recommend you contact your system administrators who could help you with this problem.
However, I would also suggest you try to download the offline msi installer of the product from our web site due to the fact that its size is smaller than this to the zipped distribution. The steps below will help you to do this:
1. Log into your account.
2. Select Trials under the Products & Subscriptions menu.
3. Open the Download link from the UI for ASP.NET MVC section.
4. Download the Automatic Installation (.msi) file.
5. Start the msi installer and install the product.
