I am using Graphite behind our corporate firewall at work and frequently get the broken network connection icon in the upper left that when I click on it I see the message "Connection Interrupted.  Your last operation to the server - [POST]... ...was not successful.  Please check your network and try again in a minute to prevent any data loss."  I actually have had some data loss after this messasge.  I'm fairly certain this has to be firewall settings because I can run Graphite just fine at home.  My IT guys have told me they have whitelisted *.icenium.com, but I still have the same problem.  Any ideas/suggestions?

Hello Tony,

Could you please try running FiddlerCap (don't forget to select Decrypt HTTPS Traffic under Capture Options) before starting Graphite and then send the traffic capture to support AT icenium.com? That way we can see what kind of errors Graphite receives.

All the best,

It turns out it was the web filtering software and not the firewall.  It's working fine now.  Thanks for your reply.
