How can my page, which contains a form, back when the virtual keyboard appears

Hello,

I am not sure what you are trying to achieve. If there is an issue with scrolling a form back to the top in a Kendo Mobile Application after showing the keyboard, try enabling native scrolling in the view:

If you are trying to implement some functionality, please provide a bit more detail and if possible screen shots of the desired result.
