I downloaded this file:
TelerikControlPanelSetup_2013_1_530.exe

and this file:
RadControlsForAspNetAjaxControlPanel_2013_2_611.exe

Executing either throws error stating I have a connection problem.  Which I don't as you can see by virtue of me adding this post. Please help

Hello Tim,

Thank you for writing us.

I would suggest uninstalling the previous version of the Telerik Control Panel if installed and then install the latest version.

As a workaround you can perform the following steps in order to download the offline installers in case the issue with the Control Panel still persists:
  1. Log in into your Telerik account
  2. Select RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX menu item from the Products & Subscriptions menu
  3. Click Download Installer and other resources button on the right of the page
  4. Click Browse all product files link in the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX product section
  5. Download Automatic Installation (.msi) file.
