Control Panel doesn't install

When I execute TelerikControlPanelSetup_2016_4_1317_1.exe the installer dialog flash on then shutdowns immediately.

The Event Log shows the following errors:

Thank you for contacting us.

The provided information suggests that there is a missing file and because of this the check for newer version of the Telerik Control Panel fails. The problem could be corrupted download as the steps you took to troubleshoot the issue eliminate the other most common causes. 

To try and resolve the problem I would suggest that you download the Telerik Control Panel again and if it doesn't help, you could refer to the attachment where you could find the latest version of its stand-alone (.msi) installer.
