Hi,

I've noticed that the Continuum transition animates only the TextBlock part of the selected item in the ListBox. This is the case also in the example app so i guess it is by design. Can this behavior changed? Or can we get some control over it?
(I could make this work fine with Clarity's version of the continuum transition, so i know it can be done).

Thanks,
Levente Mihály

Hi Levente,

Thank you for your interest in RadControls for Windows Phone 7.

The current implementation of RadContinuumAnimation (used by  RadContinuumTransition) will always search for a TextBlock visual within the item to be animated and if such block is found it will be the target of the animation. We actually tried to exactly mimic the animation found in the native WP7 OS.

I have to admit that the current implementation is not very flexible. We will do our best to remove this as well as some other assumptions within our code base in our next release, scheduled for the end of January 2011.

Do not hesitate to contact us with any question you may have regarding our controls - any feedback is most welcome.

Kind regards,
