Hi, I am having problems trying to connect my iOS and Android phones to be identified in the VS extension when using Parallels 9.
Parallels 9 could detect my devices but they don't show up in the AppBuilder's device list.
Thanks in advance for any help on this matter.

Hello William,

Can you please review the section of the documentation related to running applications on iOS and Android devices and make sure that you have all the prerequisites in place - latest version of iTunes, updated drivers, etc.

If you are experiencing the issue despite having all prerequisites, let me know and we'll investigate further.

Regards,
Nikola

just an update that I managed to get my iphone connected to VS.
The root of the issue has to do with when one plug in the iphone to the macbook pro,
parallels will prompt the user to select the intended OS.
However, your macbook could have connected the iphone to the iTunes (macbook) already.
You will then have to eject the iphone from iTunes and then at the Parallels prompt, select the "For Windows" option,
this will connect the iphone to the Windows/iTunes properly and hence the VS will then have it on its device list.
