While trying to solve my connect to SL problem came across with a few problems...
here in solution 5 step b says to set ExternalCallersFromCrossDomain attribute to "Scriptable". Tried this my application did not even load, then find out that "The ExternalCallersFromCrossDomain property accepts two values: ScriptableOnly and NoAccess. "
And also in step 6 in explanation it says to set windowless to false, but in example it is set to true.
