    I've copied and pasted multiple examples, but I always get an exception.

    How do I get the "Loading..." ajax spinner image?

    Here is my code? I'm starting out simple. All I'm doing is clicking a button to populate a grid.

    Thanks!

    Hi sammy,

    you have to declare a loading panel

     <telerik:RadAjaxLoadingPanel ID="_ralp1" runat="server" />

    and then set it as generic for all ajax actions

     <telerik:RadAjaxManager ID="_ram" runat="server" DefaultLoadingPanelID="_ralp1">

    if you want specific loading panel per control you can set it at

    <telerik:AjaxUpdatedControl ControlID="RadGrid2" LoadingPanelID="_ralp1" />
