    Hello,

While templating the Compass control I noticed an issue with the Compass_IndicatorCenterTemplate template.

Please see attached screen shot, the path doesn't quite look right.

Do you see what I mean?

    Regards,
    James.

    Hello James,

It's done on purpose. The image is supposed to look like PaneGroup with it's first Pane selected and 2 other Panes non-selected. Feel free to alter the Path in your project. It should be quite easy to create custom style based on the side compass buttons. If you need help templating the control feel free to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Panayot

    Hey,
My problem is that I cannot get the template to edit it. I am using Expression Blend, but when I create a compass in the scene, I go to Object->Edit a Style->Edit a Copy, but it is not available to click. I cant even start styling the compass because I cant get to the style code!

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Hi,

In the installation folder of RadControls for Silverlight you should have the complete styles for the RadDocking. For example on my computer they are located here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\RadControls for Silverlight Q2 2011\Themes\OfficeBlack\Themes\Office\Black\Docking.xaml

You could copy the styles from there.
