CommandBar throw exception in Design Time

Hi,

In the design time, when I open the "Rows" properties of the RadCommandBar, the exception error will be thrown.  I have no idea what's wrong.  Please advise. Thanks!

Hello Emily,

Thank you for writing.

I have tried to reproduce the exception that you are getting, but without success. I have created a control structure similar to yours with three Strips and a couple of buttons in each strip. Then in the Properties window in Visual Studio 2010, I am clicking the ellipse button of the Rows property to open CommandBarRowElementCollection editor, and the editor opens without throwing an exception. 

Since I am not able to reproduce this issue, I would like to kindly ask you to send us your project in a Support Ticket, together with exact steps on how to reproduce it. Additionally, information regarding the currently installed version of RadControls for WinForms, Visual Studio version might be helpful. One more thing, could you please make sure that Telerik.WinControl.UI.Design.dll is installed in your GAC.
