Thank you for contacting us.
You can easily customize the RadComboBox in Expression Blend. Just drop one ComboBox in the design surface, right-click it and choose from the menu Edit Template->Edit a Copy. Then, Blend will generate for you all the templates and brushes needed. To edit the arrow you have to change the ArrowTemplateNonEditableCombobox and ArrowTemplateEditableCombobox.

Thanks, I'm actually doing it without expression blend, but i'll see if i can find the styles you mentioned
