combobox onselected

hi ,
2 questions:
1) i need to create 3 radcombobox and raddatagrid  where is the best plase for the comboboxes
(i want it to look as part of the data grid and

GridViewComboBoxColumn is good only for one row as far as i know)

2) i created a combobox and entered names from list, i need to enter value (guid) for every name and 
filter other combobox from the selected value.
     i.how i enter value for every name?
     ii. i can't find the way to receive the selected value from "RadRoutedEventArgs"
