ComboBox not Drawing

I've got a combobox with approximately ~150 items. Whenever I expand the drop down menu the items don't render until I do a mouseover. Is there a work around for this issue? Marked in red is the area where the menu appears when I mouse over all the items.

We were unable to reproduce this issue with Metro theme for RadComboBox for Silverlight. Could you share the code which produced this display at your side?
