Combo Chart?

This new control looks great, but I have a question about a combo chart.  I have a chart now that has a column for the data and an line chart for average all on the same chart.  Would this be possible with this control?

I found what I need to do by adding series for different types.  Now, how do I change the font and size of the labels (title, axis)?

Hello Andy,

I am sorry to say that currently this functionality is not available in the RadHtmlChart and thus the labels and tooltips cannot have different fonts and sizes. At the current state of affairs only the background color can be changed for the title of the chart, for the legend and for the tooltips of the series. You can find more information about the available configurations in the online demos (e.g. this one - see the configurators) and in the documentation (its server-side API).

The good news is that adding more customization options is in our TODO list and such features will be added, yet at the present moment I cannot provide a time estimate on them.

Any updating on the timing of more formatting options?

Most urgent for me right now is the ability to change the border color and style (so I can do a stacked bar chart with a transparent series item on the bottom).

Hello Kimball,

Appearance options for the series labels were added in the Q3 2012 release. You can check them out in this online demo and in the Server-side API help article (look for the Attribute properties in [SeriesType] > LabelsAppearance > TextStyle section).
