Hello!
I would like to combine the features of both controls so the user is able to drag a file from his desktop and place it directly into the tree. I tried to place the TreeView into an UploadDropPanel and I received the drop event for the panel. But the tree wasn't affected by the operation, so that the user had no UI feedback about the aimed treenode.
Is there a way to implement this behaviour?

Let me first apologize for not answering the first post here. I guess this was a bug in our system.
I prepared a basic project for you which uses the RadUoploadDropPanel. Dropping a file in the panel adds a RadTreeViewItem in the root level of the RadTreeView. Hope this will be a good starting point.
