Is there a way to combine multiple licenses into one key?

Hello Eric,

Normally, this would not be allowed. You will need to upgrade your license to increase end user number. In your case, though, I see you have those two 5 user licenses and we will make and exception and combine them for you.
In fact, I have already done so and now you have 1 license with 10 end users. As you have already activated a key, in order for the changes to take effect you will need to deactivate and activate your license. Hello Petia,
I too should have two separate licenses (5 seats each) reserved for my account.  I participated in the surprise product promotion and in the webinar last week - both of which I believe should have reserved two 5 seat licenses for me. I activated the license that was distributed to me from the webinar but I did not receive a promo code from the surprise product promotion. Would you be able to merge those two licenses for me?

The codes for the surprise product promotion back in April have been sent out this morning. We sent one to you as well, but as I have already merged the two license for you, the code will be invalid if you try to use it.
