Thank you for contacting us.
The structure and the colors of the RadCalendar control can be modified by setting the Template property of the control to a custom ControlTemplate. Another (and much easier) way to change the color of the selected date or today is by using the ItemsTemplateSelector and defining your own DataTemplateSelector as described in our online documentation. For getting the SelectedDay you can also refer to this forum thread.
