Color-coding countries

Just wondering what it the easiest way to color-code countries? What do I do if I simply want to draw Russia in red color using OpenStreetMap provider?

Hello Andrew,

The OpenStreetMap and also Bing does not provide the features like you required. You can use kml or shape files to color countries according to your requirements.
