Hi,

I am using telerik backend service and cloud storage where I have 100 mb of permissible storage. I have only 3 content types , 1 having 19 rows , other two having 1 rows each. I have user table with 14 rows. Here I can not understand how this is exceeding 100 MB of storage ? I checked that there are no logs an I disabled cloud code logging. I also have analytic and app feedback enabled and implemented in my app. Does these data also getting stored in cloud storage ?

Thanks

Sairaj

Hello Sairaj,

The cloud storage value is based only on the data you have in your Backend Services projects.

The most common scenario for exceeding the storage limit is by the cloud code logs. I see that the storage size is back to normal at the moment, so I assume that clearing the logs reduced significantly the data size.

Usually it takes couple of hours for the statistics to get updated, so that's the reason why you did not see the change immediately after you have cleared the logs.

If you need further assistance with this issue, let me know.

I am sorry for any caused inconvenience.
