Users are complaining a little bit how it's often difficult to close a kendo window using their finger on a tablet. You have to be really accurate in selecting the window's close button, and often it appears like it's not working at all.

Just wondering if you can offer any advice on how to best address this issue?

Ideally, if the user clicks anywhere in the modal space surrounding the window it would cause the window to close, that would be a good outcome. Would this be possible?

Thanks

Hello Damien,

The problem comes from the relatively small clickable area of the button. My suggestion would be to increase this area using CSS, so it will be easier for clicking on a touch device.

If the window is modal, then clicking outside of the window will not close it as this is the whole idea behind having a modal window, so this cannot be supported as it is expected to work as it is in the current implementation.
