I have the AppBuilder CLI tools installed on a Win7 platform and I'm able to create a new project without any problems.

However when I run appbuilder simulate, the process seems hang and then return me to the command prompt. I do not see the simulator at all.

Has anybody seen this issue previously - any suggestions as to the cause of it?

Hi,

I am sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience.
As a solution attempt I would suggest cleaning the following folder C:\Users\<your username>\.appbuilder-cli\Cache and then run the simulator again.

If this does not help please check your Windows Task Manager for any instances of 'Icenium Simulator', close it, try again to launch it and get back to us if you still experience the issue.
