I need to change the template/Style of monthYear Picker used in RadCalendar, while I couldn't find out how to edit that. for example I need to change min, max dates, font color of the header ... etc

Hello Reem,
You can't edit the appearance of the month/year container. What you can do is to set RadCalendar's MonthInfoDisplayMode to None and manually display the month and year in a container of your choice with the desired style.
