Chart Mouse Over For Bigger Chart

Hi guys

I am working on chart for past few days and its great
I have one new requirement
i.e i have chart displayed like below

chart1    chart2       chart3 ...

so in page i reduced the size of the chart size, font size so that it displays at least 3 per row (as per client requirement)
Now client ask me to mouse over chart to display larger chart (like how we have tooltipmanager)

Is it possible to do in Chart?
