Changing the white color on Select Child (RadPanel Item)

Hi, I've been triying to change the white color which puts on an item when you select it in your RadPanelItem, it also puts that color when you pass the mouse over., I've managed to edit some other styles, like letting the background transparent, but when you select it, it gets white. Thanks in advance.
