I have a number of controls on a dataForm and I am trying to minimize the amount of space each control uses due to 'real estate' constraints. Most of the controls are simple textboxes and it' easy to set either height or margin or padding to get them to be the size I need.

I tried to do this for the datepicker control but it seems there is some additional internal padding being used such that the date box size cannot reduce to the size I want. When I look at it with silverlight spy, I can see that there is a watermark box which has a padding set.

How can I change the padding size of the watermark.

Thanks, Steve

ok. My bad. It was a standard DatePicker and not yours - lol. Consider this one closed unless you know how to change the margins on the watermark text in the standard datepicker... !!
