We suspect you're behind a caching device or proxy that interferes with the login process. If you have control over it, please disable it temporary to see if you're able to login. If that is not the case, in order to help you, we would need the following information:
- What Windows version do you use?
- Session logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it prior Graphite and save the HTTP requests to disk. Zip the sessions and upload it somewhere for us to review.
- Windows event logs: are there any Graphite related errors once the problem occurs? You can save the relevant event log entries, zip and upload those as well.
