Hello guys,
I'm currently trying to use Icenium Graphite. It's very simple of use except about one thing.

I pasted my html, css & js files of a Visual Studio project and I removed the index.html. But Icenium was unable to launch the appli because index.html was missing.
So I let index.html and I've just changed its page code.

My question is, can we change the page on which the appli will launch ? And can we change the name of css, js & img folders ? Because when I changed theirs name, my appli didn't work anymore...

Thanks for future replies

I am not an Icenium employee, so I have no insight in what future versions may or may not allow you to change.

I guess that the need for an index.html is more a phonegap thing than an Icenium thing. Some googling revealed that you have to change you have to make changes to a file that you (currently) can't change in Icenium. What you could do is keep your original html file and simply make the index.html load your own root file.

I see now reason why you shoulnd't be able to change folder names of js, css and image files. As long as you refer to them correctly in your html file it should work. I haven't tested it though!

Hi Audrey,

Index.html is the file that will be loaded in the native WebView. JD is right that we have inherited this from the Cordova, but we are leaning towards convention over configuration approach. So index.html should be there.

If you want you can always redirect to a different HTML in the index.html.

Hope this helps,
