I restructuring my application
i want to use scheduler 
can i  keep using hours on headers and days on rows
like this picture

I am afraid that I do not completely understand your scenario. I would like to clarify that the picture is missing as well. Could you please explain a bit more on the goal you want to achieve or try to reattach the picture?

Hello,

I would clarify that such scenario could not be achieved using the RadScheduler out of the box. The only way to accomplish such scenario is to use a seprate RadScheduler instance without header and footer for each weekday  as shown in this help resource.
