cellIndex in onRowClick

I can't read the value of cellIndex either in the propertie target or srcElement of the second parameter in the onRowClick client-side event of the RadGrid. I have set the AllowRowSelect = "true".
How can I kwon in witch column the user did click? I don't have problem reading the row index with get_itemIndexHierarchical.
