In order to achieve this result you should define an ItemsPanel for RadCarousel and use RadCarouselPanel that will hold the items. From there you can easily manipulate the paths. To demonstrate how to define different paths and synchronize them with RadCarouselPanel I recommend you the following online demo, where you can see how to define and change the Path that is used by the RadCarouselPanel for Item Movement.
