I appreciate this isn't teletik's issue but it's a real pain when trying to learn how to use to use the components so I'm hoping someone has a solution. When I run the wp8 samples for the first time everything is good. However, if I open a xaml file and try and rebuild it fails stating that the dll is in use by another process. If I go to Windows Explorer and attempt to manually delete the dll it tells me that the XAML UI Editor has it locked. The only solution I have is to restart VS2012 each time. Anyone got a better workaround?

Hello,

You can simply open the Process Explorer and kill the process without restarting Visual Studio.

Kind regards,

Hi,

There is a separate UI XAML Editor process that you can kill in Process Explorer.
