when I click application button I got the "Cannot perform this operation when hosted in browser." exception.
Am I doing something wrong ?

We tried to reproduce this issue with binaries from 2013-Q1 and the code you provide us. Unfortunately we were not able to reproduce this issue on our side.
Can you please take a look at the attached project and see if I miss something. Also, it will be great if you can modify the attached project so that we will be able to reproduce your issue on our side.
